What is cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency is two words: Crypto and currency.
Crypto means hidden, concealed, not evident or obvious.
Currency means money in any form as an actual medium of exchange.
Therefore cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange wherein individual coin ownership records are stored in a ledger existing in a form of a computerized database using strong cryptography to secure transaction records, to control the creation of additional coins, and to verify the transfer of coin ownership.
Why get into cryptocurrency?
Money and currencies are going fully digital this decade. Bye bye paper cash and the old financial system of wagons and intermediaries.
The way we see money and its value is evolving and changing forever.
